Our office is located right in the City Centre building over in Sector-12 of Dwarka. If you know the area, it is pretty easy to find since it is a main hub. We handle the agricultural side of things here, mostly dealing with the supply chains and the logic of farming from a city office. It might seem strange to some people that an agri business is tucked away in a New Delhi commercial building, but this is where all the coordination happens. There are a few of us working out of room 401, mostly just keeping track of orders and making sure everything is where it needs to be. It is not always quiet, especially when the phones start ringing all at once, but we like the pace. The commute to 110078 is part of our daily routine, and we have gotten used to the local rhythm of the neighborhood. We don’t really do big meetings or have a lot of corporate rules; we just focus on getting the job done properly. Some days are longer than others depending on what is happening in the markets. We try to keep things simple and direct. It is just a regular group of people working hard. There is no big secret to how we operate, we just show up and do what is required for the day. Having a base in Dwarka helps us stay connected.
