Madhur Associates

Our office, Madhur Associates, is actually inside Flat No. 1 in the Dda Sfs Flats in Dwarka Sector 9, Pocket-1. It is a residential setup, which makes sense because most of what we do is help people move into this exact complex or the ones right next to it. Working out of a flat makes the whole thing feel more personal and less like a cold office. We have been here for a while and we know how the Dda paperwork works, which is a big part of the job in this area. Sector 9 is a good place to live, and it is usually fairly quiet in the afternoons. We have a couple of desks set up in the main room and a lot of tea is consumed throughout the day. We don't do any big advertising or have a sales team. It is just us answering the phone and showing people around the different pockets of Dwarka. We talk to the security guards and the local shopkeepers to stay updated on who is moving. Sometimes the printer runs out of ink right when we need to sign something, but we always figure it out. We just handle the local property stuff as it comes, helping people with transfers and rentals without making a big production out of it. It is a simple way to work and it fits the neighborhood.
