We’ve been running Chess Management Services Pvt Ltd out of this flat in Dwarka for some time now. Specifically, we are over at A 35 Shri Balaji CGHS, Plot 37 in Sector 6. It isn't a massive corporate skyscraper or anything, just a regular office space where we handle all the management tasks that come our way. Most of the time it is just a few of us sitting around desks with stacks of papers and computers humming. Dwarka is a busy part of New Delhi, so there is always noise outside, but inside we just try to get through the daily pile of work. We don't really have a big reception area or anything fancy because most of our work happens over the phone or via email anyway. It's a practical setup. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, which is a bit of a pain, but we make do. The office is basically where all the coordination happens. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep things moving and make sure the management side of things stays on track. It gets a bit cluttered during the end of the month when everything piles up, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We know the neighbors around the society, and it feels more like a local spot than some detached office block. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else.
