M S Estates

M S Estates is based on the 1st floor of Aggarwal Square, specifically in F -106. We are right in the heart of Dwarka Sector -11. It’s a good location because the market area is always lively. You have to climb a flight of stairs to get to us, but it’s not too bad. We’ve been in this office for a while and have seen Sector -11 grow up around us. There are plenty of cafes and shops nearby, so it’s never a dull day. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on the properties around Dwarka because that’s what we know best. We don’t try to cover the whole city, just our own backyard. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we just take the stairs. It’s a busy place with people coming and going for all sorts of errands at Aggarwal Square. We keep our hours regular, though sometimes we stay late if a deal is closing. Dealing with estates means listening to what people want and trying to find a match. It’s not always easy, but it keeps us busy. We don’t use any fancy sales talk here. If a place is good, we say so, and if it has problems, we mention those too. It’s just how we prefer to work. Dwarka is big, but we stay focused on what's right in front of us.
