The 110043 area is a bit removed from the main central business districts, which actually works out well for us. It’s a more grounded part of the city with a mix of residential and small industrial plots. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a plain structure where we have our office. Inside, it’s all about the work. We have a few long tables where everyone sits with their laptops. We don’t have cubicles or private offices. It’s an open space where we can just talk to each other without having to send emails across the room. We don't have a big budget for office decor, so the walls are mostly bare except for a calendar or two. The road to get here can be a bit bumpy, but we don't mind the commute. We are a small team and we like to keep things simple. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the wall. We just show up, do the software work that needs to be done, and try to keep our clients happy. It’s a practical and honest way to run a business. We just take it one day at a time in our Najafgarh office.
