If you head over to Qutub Vihar, near the Goyla Dairy in South West Delhi, you’ll find where we work. Our office at 10/15 in C Block, Phase 1, isn’t some high-rise tech center. It’s a straightforward space where we handle everything for Knitech Softwareknitech Software Services Llp. The commute can be a bit of a headache depending on how the traffic is moving near the dairy, but once we’re inside the office, it’s mostly calm. We have a few rooms set up with our desks and extra monitors. It gets a bit crowded when the whole team is in at the same time, but we manage to stay out of each other's way. There isn’t much in the way of fancy decoration here. We’ve got some whiteboards with old notes that nobody has bothered to erase and a lot of power strips tangled on the floor. Most of the time, we’re just hunkered down over our laptops. Lunch is usually something we order from one of the local spots or whatever someone brought from home in a tiffin. We don’t have a canteen or anything like that. It’s just a very normal, local business. We know the people living nearby, and they know us as the software guys. It’s not flashy, and we don't try to make it look like it is. We just show up, do our jobs, and go home when we are finished.
