Our location is 15E in the Shivalika Apartment, which sits right on the border between New Delhi and Haryana. It’s an interesting spot because you feel the energy of both places. The apartment itself is where we handle most of our daily business regarding electronics. It isn’t a massive showroom with bright lights and fancy displays. It’s more of a workspace where we keep track of things and manage our operations. We have stacks of boxes and cables around because that is just the nature of what we do. The rooms are a bit cramped sometimes, especially when a new shipment arrives. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors in the building are used to us by now. We try not to make too much noise, though sometimes it’s unavoidable. The commute for the staff can be a bit long depending on the traffic at the Delhi-Haryana border, but we all make it in somehow. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just look at the electronics, fix what needs fixing, and handle the orders as they come. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We like the fact that it’s a bit low-key. We just focus on getting through the daily list and making sure nothing gets missed. It’s a lot of work, but we are happy to stay busy.
