Js Estates

Js Estates is located on the first floor of Best Arcade, in room 104. We are at Plot No 3 in Pocket No 06, right in Sector-12 of Dwarka. If you have been to Dwarka, you know Sector-12 is a pretty active place. Being in Best Arcade makes it easy for us to stay connected to what's happening. It’s a standard office building, and we've been on the first floor for a while. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the team to work and for people to sit down and talk about property. We don't go in for anything too flashy. The walls have some maps and there’s usually a pot of tea or coffee going. Working in Pocket No 06 means we see a lot of the same faces every day. Dwarka is a big area, but Sector-12 feels like our own little patch. We handle the usual things like buying, selling, or just giving advice on local estates. Some mornings are quite hectic when the phones start ringing, but we manage. People find us because Best Arcade is a well-known spot. We like being on the first floor; it's just one flight of stairs up from the main street. It’s a practical location for a real estate office. We just do our jobs and try to help the folks who walk in through the door. It is a simple life and we like it that way.
