This branch is based out of House No A 701 in Prerna Apartments, which is in Sector 10, Plot 13 of Dwarka. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than being in the middle of New Delhi's commercial hubs. Working out of an apartment means things are a bit more relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that unless there’s a specific reason. Most of the time, it’s just a couple of us at the dining table which we’ve turned into a workspace. We have files stacked up in the corner and a white board that’s mostly covered in scribbles we forgot to erase. You can hear the neighbors and the sounds of the street from the balcony. It feels more like a home than an office, which suits us just fine. We handle local property matters and keep records of everything that happens in our area. Sometimes clients come by, and we just sit and talk in the living room area. It’s a practical way to run things without having to pay for a massive office space. We just get our work done between the usual daily distractions. When the sun goes down, we pack up the laptops and the apartment goes back to being just a place to live. It’s a simple setup that works for the kind of stuff we do every day. It's not fancy, but it gets the job done well.
