Jmd Estates

Jmd Estates is located at 101 Dwarka Vardhman Jay Pee Plaza. This is right at the Ashirwad Chowk, on Plot No 6 in Sector 4. It is a very busy intersection, and if you stand outside the plaza, you can hear the constant noise of cars and people. Our office is on the first floor, which makes it easy for people to find us once they get inside the building. The plaza has a lot of different businesses, so there is always a crowd moving through the hallways. Inside our unit, it is a bit more relaxed. We have some basic furniture and a computer that has seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just talking to people who come in from the street. Being in Sector 4 means we see a lot of the local life in Dwarka. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for making tea during the long afternoons. The floors are just regular tile, and we don't bother much with fancy decorations. Jmd Estates is just a place where we do our work. We know the security guards at Jay Pee Plaza and the people who run the other shops nearby. It is a community feel despite how busy the chowk gets. We just keep our heads down and handle the property tasks that come across our desks every day. It is a steady routine for us.
