Jai Shree Estates

You can find us at G 4 in the Dwarka Sector 6 Central Market, specifically at Plot No 8. It is a busy little corner of the market. Jai Shree Estates is basically where we spend most of our waking hours. If you come by, you will probably find us sorting through files or talking to someone about a lease. Dwarka is a huge place, but we try to focus mostly on what is happening right here in Sector 6. We are not a big firm with a bunch of agents in suits. We are just local people who know the buildings in this market and the residential blocks nearby. The office gets a bit dusty because of the construction that is always happening somewhere nearby, but we keep the tea hot for anyone who drops in. We do not have a polished sales pitch. We just look at the listings we have and see if anything fits what someone is looking for. Dealing with property in a place like Dwarka can be confusing with all the sectors and plots, so we just try to keep it simple. We have seen the market change over the years, and we just stay here and keep doing our thing. It is not a glamorous job, but we like being part of the Central Market crowd. Most of our days are just filled with phone calls and walking around to show people different spots. It is just work, and we do it carefully.
