Our office is down in Kapashera, right on the Old Palampur Gurgaon Road. If you know that area, you know how the traffic can be. Instant Transport Solutions is where we spend most of our daylight hours, usually on the phone or checking where the trucks are. We started out with just a couple of vehicles and now we have more to manage. It's not a glamorous job. There is a lot of dust from the road and the sound of horns all day long. We deal with moving things from one point to another. Sometimes drivers get delayed or the weather makes things difficult, and we have to figure it out. We sit in LG-11 and keep the logs updated. Most of our day is just paperwork and making sure the loading happens correctly. People come to us when they have stuff that needs to go somewhere else. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. The furniture in the office is a bit old, but it works for what we need. We've been in this part of Gurgaon for a while. We know the shortcuts and the trouble spots on the highway. It’s a simple business of logistics. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just try to get the transport done and go home at the end of the shift. It is a long day usually, but we are used to it by now.
