We operate out of Radhika Apartments in Dwarka Sector 14. It’s House Number 682 in Pocket 1. Working in New Delhi means dealing with the noise and the heat, but this spot stays relatively quiet. Igt Pvt Ltd is just a small group of us trying to keep things running smoothly. The office is basically a converted flat, so it feels more like a home than a corporate space. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own lunch. The desks are pushed up against the walls to make more room for the storage cabinets. Sometimes the internet is a bit patchy, which can be annoying when we have deadlines, but we manage. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We don't wear suits or anything like that. It’s usually just jeans and a t-shirt. It’s practical. We handle a lot of data and paperwork every day. It’s the kind of work that requires focus, so we keep the music low. Outside, the street is busy with people going to the metro station. We've been in this building for a few years now and know the security guard well. It’s a straightforward setup. No big bells or whistles, just us doing what we need to do to get by and keep the files moving along correctly.
