ID Solutions

Our office is tucked away in Safdarjung Enclave, at B-4/156. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s a bit quieter than being on a main commercial strip. We work on ID solutions, which means we handle things like cards, printers, and the software that goes with them. It’s a modest setup, just a few rooms where we keep the equipment and do the administrative work. We don't have a big flashy entrance; you just walk in and find us at our desks. Sometimes we’re busy fixing a printer that’s jammed, and other times we’re just sorting through piles of blank cards. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and we like that it’s not too frantic. Most of our clients are businesses or schools that need a way to keep track of people. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do the job right for the people who come to us. There’s usually some clutter on the tables—manuals, cables, and various bits of plastic. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have a receptionist, so one of us just looks up from whatever we’re doing when someone walks in. It’s a very straightforward, local way of doing things. We know the area well and are happy to be part of the community here in Safdarjung Enclave.
