Hot Properties

You can find Hot Properties at Shop No 144 inside the Vardhman Star Citi Mall. This is in Sector 7 of Dwarka, right by the CCRT Complex. The mall is usually full of people, especially in the evenings. We chose this spot because it is easy for people to drop by while they are doing their shopping. The shop itself is quite small, but it works for us. We deal with buying and selling places in Dwarka. It is a lot of work because the rules here can be strict. We spend a lot of time checking documents and making sure everything is legal. We don't have a big team, just a few people who have lived in Dwarka for years. We know which sectors have better water supply or where the parks are well-maintained. When people come in, we just sit down and look at the options on our list. We don't use glossy brochures or fancy presentations. It is just honest talk about what is available and what the prices are like these days. Sometimes the mall has power cuts and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but that's just part of it. We like being in Sector 7 because it feels like the heart of the area. We have been here for a good amount of time and plan to stay.
