Guptaji Properties

You can find Guptaji Properties over at Shop No G 61 in the Vardhman City Plus Mall. This is in Sector 23 of Dwarka. The mall is a local spot where people come for their daily things. Our shop is on the ground floor, which is nice because we don't have to deal with the elevators. It is not a very big space. We have a desk, a couple of extra chairs, and some maps of Dwarka pinned to the wall. Sector 23 is a busy area and we have seen it change a lot over the years. We mostly focus on the apartments and shops right around here. We aren't a big company with many branches. It is just our one shop in the mall. During the day it can be a bit quiet, but the mall picks up in the evening. We stay open late most days. People coming back from work often pop in to ask about property prices or if any new flats are available for rent. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just tell them what we know. The AC in the mall works most of the time, so it's a comfortable place to sit and chat. We know the security guards and the other shop owners. It is a friendly place to do business. We just keep our records in simple registers and do our work.
