Our place is tucked away in the Saini Mohalla Extension in Bijwasan. It’s located near the IOC Gate, which is the easiest way to tell people where to find us. We are at Khasra Number 32/24/1 on the ground floor. It’s a bit of a dusty area sometimes because of the traffic near the industrial gates. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some sturdy tables and enough chairs for everyone. Since we are on the ground floor, it stays a bit cooler than the upper levels, which is a relief in the summer. We don't have fancy carpets or anything like that. It’s just a functional space where we handle our online service tasks. Sometimes the noise from the trucks near the IOC gate gets a bit loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We mostly communicate through our phones and laptops, so the physical office is really just a hub for us to gather. There isn't much in the way of decoration. We have a small corner for making tea and keeping some water. The neighbors in Saini Mohalla are mostly locals who have lived here for generations. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get away from the main road. We just come in, do what needs doing for our customers, and head home when the sun starts to set. It is a very simple daily routine for us.
