We’re a private limited company, but we don't act like a big corporate firm. We’re just a handful of people who are good at finding solutions for business problems. We spend a lot of time talking things through and sketching out ideas on a whiteboard that never quite gets fully clean. Shalimar Bagh is a nice place to work. It’s got a good feel to it, and being in 110088 means we’re close to a lot of other local businesses. We don't have a fancy lobby or someone to greet you at the door. Usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just looks up and says hello. Most of our work is done on computers, but we also spend a lot of time on the phone. Sometimes projects get complicated, and we have to stay late to make sure things are right. We don't always get it right the first time, but we keep at it until we do. It’s a practical approach. We’re not trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to do decent work and keep our clients coming back. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes it’s stressful, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We’re just here doing our bit for the community and our families.
