Kamal Park in Palam Colony is where we are located. Our office is on the first floor of Rz 56-C, right in Gali No. 9B. If you’ve ever been to Palam, you know the streets can be a bit of a maze. We’ve had many delivery drivers call us because they got turned around near Kh No. 303/304. Firstmed Pharmaceutical is a small team. We don’t have a huge corporate structure. It’s basically just us in a few rooms, getting things done. The first floor gets a decent amount of light, which helps when we are looking at small print on medicine labels. We spend a lot of time on the phone. There is always someone checking on a shipment or asking about a specific product. It gets busy, and sometimes the office feels a bit cramped with all the boxes, but we make it work. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. Instead, we have a calendar with a lot of scribbles on it. Palam is a lively area, and there’s always some noise coming up from the street. You hear the vendors and the bikes all day. It’s just a normal, hardworking environment. We focus on the daily grind. We check the inventory, update the ledgers, and make sure everything is where it should be before we lock up for the night. We don't try to be fancy, we just do what needs doing to keep the business running.
