We are not some big corporate office with glass walls. Our place is simple and functional. We spend our mornings sorting through inventory and making sure everything is in the right place. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because the narrow streets are hard to navigate but we manage. We have a few staff members who have been with us for years and they are like family now. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings or strategy sessions. Instead we just focus on the orders that come in. The building itself is old but it works for us. It gets a bit hot in the summer but the tea from the shop downstairs helps. People stop by for various things and we try to help them out as best as we can. It is a straightforward way to earn a living. We don't promise anything crazy we just do the work that is in front of us at Farsh Bazar and go home at the end of the day. It is just how we operate.
