We’re over in Dwarka, specifically in Sector 7 at H655J Palam Extension. It’s a residential-feeling area but we run our export-import business from here. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't familiar with the layout of Dwarka, but once you get the hang of the sectors, it’s fine. We spend a lot of time on the phone and dealing with paperwork. Shipping things in and out involves a lot of back and forth with different agencies. We’ve got a small team here. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s more of a tight-knit setup. The office is functional, nothing too fancy. We keep records of everything, which takes up a lot of space. Sometimes the couriers arrive late or there's a delay with the logistics, and we just have to manage. That’s the nature of exim work. The neighborhood is mostly quiet during the day, which helps us focus. We aren't really a walk-in type of business, but we do have people coming by for meetings occasionally. We started this because we knew the trade and wanted to do it our own way. It's been a learning process, figuring out the best routes and the right partners. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come. Dwarka has grown a lot, and being in Sector 7 keeps us connected to the rest of the city well enough. It is just daily business.
