F R Associates

F R Associates is based at G4 and G5 in Plot No 7 of the Vikas Surya Towers. This is located in Dwarka Sector 12. Dwarka is a bit more spread out than the center of the city, which I like. The towers are easy to spot from the main road. We are on the ground floor, so nobody has to worry about the elevators not working. It is a straightforward office setup. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our files and desks. I usually arrive in the morning and start by making a list of what needs to be done. Sector 12 has a lot of other offices and some residential buildings nearby. It feels like a quiet professional area. There is some parking available around the building, though it gets full pretty quickly by midday. We often go to a small shop nearby to get some lunch or coffee. The office itself is quite plain. We do not have any big mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. It gets quite bright in the afternoons because of the way the sun hits the front of the building. We have been here for a good amount of time and we know the other people working in the tower. It is a steady, quiet place to work compared to the busier parts of Delhi.
