Our place is at House No. 103 in Block F, Pocket 3. It's right in Sector 15 of Rohini. Encodaid Solutions Llp is basically a small team working out of this spot. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it stays relatively calm compared to the main roads. We have our setup here with everything we need to get the daily jobs done. It’s not a corporate hub with glass walls. It's more like a functional room where we put in the hours. We have a few desks pushed together and a lot of coffee mugs lying around. The work keeps us at our screens most of the day. We don't really do big presentations or anything like that. If something needs fixing, we just talk across the room and figure it out. It's an honest way to work. We’ve grown attached to this little corner of Rohini. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside while we’re finishing up a project. It’s just how things are for us. We handle what comes our way without making a big fuss about it. The address is easy enough for people to find if they're looking for us. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. Just a group of people working together in a house-turned-office. It works for the kind of stuff we do at Encodaid. We don't have many meetings and that's fine by us. We just get through the pile on our desks.
