We are Elastic IT, and you can find us at 305 A, 158 Dwarika Dhish in Shakarpur. We are right across from the Balia Nursing Home, which is usually how we tell people to find the building. It’s a typical Shakarpur office space—a bit crowded in the hallways but once you’re inside our unit, it’s all about the work. We’ve got a handful of people here who know their way around IT systems. The office has that lived-in feel, with wires everywhere and maybe too many half-empty water bottles on the desks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lounge or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We usually just walk down the street to get a cup of chai when we need a break. It’s a busy area, so there’s always the sound of horns and people talking outside. We’ve grown fond of this spot over the years. It’s simple and it works for us. We spend most of our hours troubleshooting or setting things up for clients. No one here puts on airs. We just talk like regular people and try to solve whatever problems come across our desks. It’s a straightforward business in a straightforward part of New Delhi. Being near the nursing home makes it a landmark area, so at least we don't have to explain the directions too many times to anyone visiting.
