Dwarka Property Dealer has been sitting here in Sector 12 for some time now. We are tucked away in Pocket 7, right inside Pankaj Plaza at unit S 3. It’s a small shop, mostly just a couple of us talking to people about houses and shops in the local area. Dwarka has grown so fast lately, and it feels like there’s always something new being built or sold nearby. We spend a lot of our time walking around the different blocks or just sitting here waiting for the phone to ring. Sometimes the plaza gets really crowded on weekends, but we usually stay open a bit late to catch people after they finish work. It’s not a corporate office with suits and fancy coffee; it’s more about knowing which landlord is selling or who has a flat for rent this month. We know the streets around Sector 12 pretty well by now. People just walk in when they see the sign or if a neighbor told them to come by. It’s simple work, really. We look at the listings, talk to the owners, and try to help folks find a place that actually fits their needs. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than anyone wants, which can be annoying for us too. We drink a lot of tea while waiting for clients to arrive.
