Devlance Private Limited is based out of Mohan Garden in Uttam Nagar. The address is R-5/7. It’s a lively part of the city, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days. Our office is tucked away, and we’ve been working from this location for some time now. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us sitting together. We handle different kinds of tech work. The space is a bit tight, but we make it work. There’s always a box of cables somewhere that someone needs to organize, but we never seem to get around to it. We keep things pretty informal. You won't see many people in suits around here. Usually, it's just jeans and t-shirts while we focus on our computers. Uttam Nagar has a certain energy, and we definitely feel that from our office. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the market nearby is in full swing. We don't mind it much. It makes us feel connected to the area. We just want to do our jobs and go home at a decent hour. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide for our families and keep the business moving forward. It’s a practical setup for us. We've gotten used to the quirks of the building by now, like how the door sticks when it rains or during the humid season.
