You can find Decodeentre Innovations over in Mahavir Enclave, specifically in Flat 201 on the second floor of house B-57. We are right near the Gurudwara in Palam, which is a good landmark because the streets can get a bit confusing around here if you’re new. Our office is pretty small, just a flat that we converted into a workspace. It’s got a bit of a homey feel because, well, it used to be a home before we moved the desks in. We’ve got our computers set up in what would have been the living room. We started this company because we wanted to try out some new ideas in the tech space and see where they went. We don't have a big staff or a human resources department to manage everything. It’s just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We work on various innovation projects and try to solve problems as they come up throughout the week. It’s not always pretty in here. Sometimes we have wires running across the floor and the desks are cluttered with papers and empty cups from the morning tea. But we get the job done and that’s what matters. Being in South West Delhi is convenient for us. We like the local food stalls and the fact that it feels like a real community. We aren't here to change the world overnight. We just want to build cool things.
