Creative Minds is tucked away in Vyapar Kendra, over in C Block of Sushant Lok 1. If you know the market, you know it gets pretty crowded around lunch. Our office is easy to find once you’re in the block, though the stairs can be a bit narrow if two people are trying to pass at once. We’ve got a few rooms here, nothing too big. The walls are a plain off-white, and we have some plants by the window that we sometimes forget to water. It’s mostly quiet inside unless someone’s on a long phone call. We usually bring our own lunch or grab something quick from the stalls downstairs. There’s a lot of activity in this part of Gurgaon, so there’s always something happening right outside the door. We aren’t big on fancy decorations or anything like that. There’s a water cooler in the corner that makes a weird gulping sound every hour. Most of us have been working together for a good bit of time, so we don't need to talk much to understand what’s going on with the work. It’s just a steady routine of coming in, doing the tasks, and heading home before the evening traffic gets really bad. It’s a practical space for us. We don’t have any big corporate stuff going on, just a small group of people in a busy market. It suits us just fine.
