It’s a residential-feeling area in West Delhi, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than the big commercial hubs. We’ve been here for a while, working on different software projects. The space is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and monitors. It’s a bit messy with cables and papers sometimes, but we know where everything is. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of rules. We just come in, do our work, and go home. There’s a lot of focus on getting the code right, so it’s often quiet inside with just the sound of typing. We take turns making tea for everyone, which is a nice little routine we have. Being in Uttam Nagar means we’re close to the metro, which is lucky for those of us who don't live nearby. The neighborhood is pretty lively, so there’s always noise coming from the street, but it doesn't bother us much. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office or expensive furniture. We just want to build software that actually works for people. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. We don't have big meetings; we just talk across the room when we need to figure something out. It’s an easygoing way to spend the day while getting things done.
