Our office is tucked away at D-1/1152 in Vasant Kunj. It’s a quiet enough spot, though finding the right block can be a bit of a puzzle for people who aren't from this part of Delhi. Communication And Systems Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this location for quite some time. It's basically a bunch of us working at our desks, trying to get through the daily log of tasks. There isn't any marble flooring or expensive art on the walls here. We have some old filing cabinets that have seen better days and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. Living and working in Vasant Kunj means we’re used to the local pace. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk to each other across the room. If a problem comes up, we deal with it then and there. Some of us have been here since the start, so we know the routine inside out. It's a practical setup. We have what we need to get the job done, and not much else. People who visit usually comment on how lived-in the place feels. It’s not a showroom. It’s where we spend our ten hours a day making sure everything stays on track. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us at our desks, doing what needs doing. We’ve had the same furniture for years and nobody really cares as long as the chairs are comfortable.
