Century 21 India

Down in Sector 6 of Dwarka, you can find our office inside the RD Apartments at Plot Number 20. We are specifically in the E-6 section. We are part of Century 21 India. Being located inside an apartment complex instead of on a main commercial road makes us feel like more of a local neighborhood business. We mostly help people who are looking for homes or wanting to sell their property in this part of Dwarka. The office is just a small, functional room. We have our computers, a small table for meetings, and shelves full of property files. It’s a bit cluttered sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don’t do big advertising campaigns. Most of our business comes from people living in the complex or the nearby sectors who just walk in to chat. We spend a lot of our time visiting different flats and talking to building managers. It’s a very practical, everyday kind of job. We aren't trying to be a fancy corporate agency. We’re just local people who know the Dwarka real estate scene. We have a tea kettle in the corner and we usually offer a cup to anyone who stops by. It’s a straightforward way of working. We’ve been at this RD Apartments location for quite a while and we just like being part of the community here. It is just us doing our daily work.
