Cayinzo Information Technology Private Limited is based out in Karala, specifically at Plot No A-1/24 on the ground floor in Rajeev Nagar Extension. It’s a bit of a way out in North West Delhi, but it’s where we started and where we feel comfortable. The ground floor spot is handy for when we have to move equipment in or out without dealing with stairs. Being in Karala Village gives the place a different feel than the city center; it’s a bit more relaxed, though it’s still busy in its own way. We work on IT stuff mostly. It’s not always easy, and some days are definitely harder than others when systems don't want to cooperate or things break down. We aren't a high-pressure office with people in suits. Most of us just wear jeans and focus on the screens. We have a small kitchen area where we spend a lot of time talking about things that aren't work-related. It keeps us sane when the workload is high. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just want to do good IT work and make sure our clients are happy with what they get from us. It’s a practical approach to business. We’ve been here for a while now and the local people know us. We aren't looking to become a giant firm; we just like doing what we do right here in our corner of Delhi. It’s a solid place.
