We’re based in Shalimar Bagh, right on the first floor of House Number 4 in Block BK-1. If you know the area, we’re really close to Bharat Sweet Corner and just across from the red light. It’s a lively spot with people always moving around and the smell of sweets in the air. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where all the Budgetree Technology work happens. We handle different kinds of tech tasks, mostly centered around software and digital solutions. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the shoppers, but we’ve gotten used to the buzz. We started this because we knew our way around computers and wanted to do something for ourselves. It’s not a fancy glass building like you see in Gurgaon. It’s a regular Delhi house converted into a workspace. We have our computers, a few chairs, and enough tea to keep us going through the afternoon slump. Sometimes we chat with the neighbors or grab a snack from the shops nearby during breaks. We don’t really use big words to describe what we do. We just listen to what someone needs and try to build it for them. It’s a simple way of working that keeps things honest. Being near the red light means everyone can find us easily, which is a plus. We just keep our heads down and keep working. The daily grind here is fast but we enjoy it.
