You can find us at the same plot as our neighbors, Plot 45 in Sector 3 of the Bawana industrial area. Being in the DSIDC zone means we are surrounded by all sorts of businesses, from manufacturing to logistics. It’s a gritty, hardworking part of North West Delhi. Here at Brulant Technosoft, we deal with the technical side of things, mostly software and systems. The building is functional and does what it needs to do. We don't have a reception desk with a bowl of mints or anything like that. It’s just rooms with computers and people who know how to use them. Every morning we deal with the typical Delhi traffic to get here, and then it’s straight into the code. Sometimes the power flickers, but we have backups. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to talk like we're in a boardroom all the time. It’s just plain talk here. We help clients with their tech problems and try to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. There’s a lot of noise outside from the factories, but inside we just focus. Lunch is usually something quick brought from home or from a stall down the road. We’ve built a decent rhythm here over the months. It’s a practical setup for people who just want to get their tech work finished on time. We don't make a big deal of it, we just do it.
