Bisht Property Mart

Bisht Property Mart is up on the 2nd Floor of the Vardhman Star Citi Mall in Sector No 7 Dwarka. The office is number 237. Being in the mall is quite different from being on a regular street because you have the air conditioning and the mall security, but it’s still a busy place to be. We have a small glass front so we can see people walking by on the second floor. Inside, it’s just a standard office with a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We keep a lot of our files in big binders on the shelves. Dwarka Sector 7 is a big area, and there are always new buildings or people moving in and out, so we stay pretty occupied. We don't really go in for any big marketing slogans. Most people find us because they are already in the mall shopping or eating and they see our sign. We spend a lot of time looking at the listings for the different societies in Dwarka. It’s a lot of walking when we go to show people different apartments, but that’s just part of the routine. The mall can get really crowded on the weekends, but during the week, it’s a bit quieter and we can get more paperwork done. We’ve been in this office for a while and it’s a good spot for meeting people who live nearby. Sometimes we grab a coffee from one of the stalls downstairs while we wait for a client to arrive.
