Bentex Motor Control Gear Industries is based at B65/2 in the Naraina Industrial Area Phase II. If you have ever spent time in Naraina, you know it is all about manufacturing and hard work. There are factories and workshops everywhere you look. Our place is a bit of a rugged spot, which is normal for this kind of industry. We handle motor control gears, so the environment is full of metal, tools, and the smell of grease and machinery. It is a noisy area with trucks loading and unloading all day long. The building itself has been around for a long time and shows its age, but it is solid. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. When you walk in, you see the work being done. It is a practical space where we focus on the hardware. The staff here has been with us for a while, and we all just get on with our jobs. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, but we just wait it out or use the generator. It is not a place for someone looking for a clean, air-conditioned office vibe. It is a real workshop for real industrial work. We like being in Phase II because we are right in the heart of the industrial action. It is just how we like to work.
