Bayle'S Pharmaceutical Private Limited

Bayle'S Pharmaceutical is located in the Ram Nagar area of Najafgarh. Specifically, we are at Kh No 134/9 on the ground floor of A-Block in Jai Vihar. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you’re coming from the main parts of Delhi, but it’s where we have our space. The building is a basic structure, and we use the ground floor because it makes loading and unloading much easier for us. Being in South West Delhi, we have a bit more room than some of the inner-city shops. The area is still developing in some ways, so you see a lot of construction around. Our routine is pretty standard. We show up, check the logs, and start packing what needs to go out. There isn't any fancy corporate culture here. We usually eat lunch together and talk about the news or the weather. The work is mostly about keeping track of boxes and making sure the paperwork is in order. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just a pharmaceutical business trying to stay organized in Jai Vihar. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into everything, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home before the traffic gets too bad. It’s a plain, honest place to work.
