We are up on the second floor of Krishna Tower, specifically at 208, Plot No 8. This is right in Dwarka Sector 12. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices, but we’ve been here at Bansal Estate & Property Consultant for some time. Working in Dwarka means we see a lot of people moving in and out of the apartments around here. The office isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We have a few desks and some files on the local sectors. People come in looking for advice on where to buy or how to rent out their place. We try to give them the straight story without making it sound too technical. Real estate around Sector 12 can be a bit tricky with all the different societies. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to meet people at different towers. Sometimes the lift in Krishna Tower is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving. We know the layout of Dwarka pretty well by now. Most of our day is spent looking at floor plans or talking to owners. We don’t have a big corporate setup, just a local spot where people can sit down and talk about their property. It gets the job done. We are just a small team trying to keep things organized for the folks who come through our door and need a bit of help.
