You can find us over at Flat No 93 in Pocket No 1 of Sector 9, Dwarka. We are pretty close to Max Fort School, so during the mornings and afternoons, the street gets really busy with school buses and parents dropping off their kids. It is a decent area to work in, and we have spent a lot of years getting to know the different blocks and pockets around here. Our office is just a regular flat converted into a workspace. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of tea being made throughout the day. People come to us when they are looking for a home in Dwarka or if they want to sell their current flat. We spend a lot of time walking around the different sectors to see what is available and what the condition of the buildings is like. It is not always easy work, especially when the weather is bad, but we stay busy with the local crowd. We aren't a big corporate office with a lobby or anything like that. It is just a place where neighbors and local residents can come and talk about property. Sometimes we just chat about the new shops opening up or the traffic on the main road. Being near the school means we are always aware of the time. We just keep our records and try to help out whoever walks through the door.
