Dilshad Garden is where we ended up setting shop. We are specifically in Dilshad Colony at E-50. It’s a nice enough area, much quieter than the heart of the city, which we appreciate when we have a lot of thinking to do. Axes Infosolutions Pvt Ltd has been our home for a while now. The office is basically just a renovated space that we’ve turned into a workspace. We have a small pantry where we make a lot of coffee, and that’s usually where most of our planning happens. We aren't really the type of people to have long, formal meetings. We just talk across the room when something comes up. The street outside is mostly residential, so we see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every day. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have any fancy corporate branding on the walls, just a few calendars and some notes pinned up. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit around and wait for the generator to kick in, using that time to catch up on non-work talk. It’s a very human way of doing things. We handle various info-solution tasks, mostly sitting at our screens and typing away. We like the pace here. It’s steady, it’s honest, and it allows us to focus on what needs to be done without too many distractions.
