Avaya Global Connect

Our place is over at 74 B in the DDA Flats in Sector 10, Dwarka. It’s a standard residential block in New Delhi. Avaya Global Connect is the name on the door. We work with communication systems and tech stuff, mostly helping local businesses stay connected. The office is pretty simple. We have some server racks, a few computers, and a lot of cables lying around. Dwarka is a big area, but Sector 10 is quite nice and has everything we need nearby. We aren't a massive tech firm with a glass campus. We are just a small team working out of a flat. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting things or talking to clients about their phone systems. It can be a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment delivered, but we make it work. We’ve been here for a bit and know the other people in the building. Sometimes we take a break and walk down to the market for a snack. It’s a quiet way to run a business. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big sales team. We just fix what’s broken and set up new systems when people ask. It’s just straightforward work in a normal Delhi apartment. We try to keep things organized, even when the wires get tangled up. It's just a regular day here.
