Authentic Travels

Authentic Travels is located at 505 A in Bhikaji Cama Place, inside Somdutt Chamber 2. We’re quite close to the Hyatt Hotel, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the busy streets below, though we’re usually too busy with phone calls to look out the window much. The office is a standard business space, nothing too flashy. We’ve got desks, filing cabinets, and a lot of travel calendars on the walls. We handle a lot of corporate bookings and also individual trips for people who want to see different parts of India or go abroad. It’s a lot of staring at flight monitors and trying to find the best routes that aren't too expensive. We aren't a massive call center; when you call us, you’re usually talking to one of the three or four of us who are in the office that day. Sometimes the printer jams right when we’re trying to print out a bunch of tickets, and we all have to stop and fix it. We eat our lunch at our desks most days. It’s a fast-paced environment because travel plans change all the time. We just try to stay on top of things and make sure our clients actually get to where they’re going without getting stuck at an airport somewhere near Bhikaji Cama Place.
