Asc Realtech Private Limited

We are based over in Sector 11, Dwarka, at Asc Realtech Private Limited. Our office is actually inside Sadbhavna Apartments, in Flat No. B 405 on Plot No. 11. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't really feel like a workplace in the traditional sense. You walk through the main gate, past the security, and head up to the fourth floor. Working from an apartment makes things feel a lot more relaxed and personal. We have set up one of the rooms with desks and computers, but the rest of the place still feels like a home. Dwarka Sector 11 is a pretty quiet neighborhood, which is nice because we can focus on our work without too many distractions. We spend most of our time dealing with residential properties in the area. Often, we are out showing flats to families, so the office stays empty for a few hours at a time. When we are here, it’s mostly just us catching up on emails or making calls to property owners. There’s a nice view of the other apartment blocks from the window. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a front desk or anything like that. We just have a small sign on the door. It’s a very practical way to run things, and it keeps us close to the properties we are actually working with. Delhi-110075 is a good area to be in for this kind of work.
