We have got our setup at RZ-8 on the first floor of Gali No-3 in Sadh Nagar, Palam. It is a busy little area, and sometimes the street gets a bit blocked with scooters and delivery bikes. Arthana Tecno Soloutions Private Limited is just a small team of us working out of this space. We do a lot of technical work, mostly fixing things or setting up systems for people who are not as comfortable with technology as we are. The office is pretty simple, with a few desks and a lot of spare parts and cables lying around. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what is pending and then just dive in. Palam is a good place to be because it is so well-connected, even if the lanes can be a bit confusing at first. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people nearby who know we can help them out. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is a bit of a pain for the computers, but we have got backups to keep us going. We are not trying to be a giant company. We just want to do a decent job and keep the business running smoothly. It is just a normal workplace where we put in the hours and try to be helpful. No corporate jargon, just honest work and a bit of tea.
