Arora Technology

Arora Technology is located in Samridhi Apartment, right in Sector-18B of Dwarka. We are specifically at A-1/03. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment building, but it works for what we do. The place is mostly desks and a lot of wires. Since we are in Dwarka, it’s a bit quieter than the main city markets. We usually have the window open to let in some air, though sometimes the street noise gets in. There’s a small group of us here. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working right. Lunch is usually something we get from the local shops nearby or whatever we brought from home. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It’s more like a group of friends who happen to be good with tech. Sometimes we work late into the evening when a project is due. The security guard at the gate knows us all by name. If you come by, you might have to ring the bell a couple of times because we get distracted. It’s just a normal office in a residential block. We keep to ourselves mostly. The commute is okay for most of the staff. We like being in this part of Dwarka because everything is close by. We just do our thing every day and try to keep things running smoothly without much fuss or any big meetings.
