Arman Associates

We are based in Dwarka at Sector 12, specifically in Pocket 6. Our office is in the Best Arcade building, Plot No 3, at unit 2D. It’s a decent area with plenty of other shops around us. We’ve been at Arman Associates for a while now, just working out of this small office. Dwarka is a big place but Sector 12 feels like a good central spot for us. The Best Arcade building usually has a lot of people coming and going which is nice. We aren't doing anything flashy here. It’s just us sitting at our desks, checking out property listings and taking calls from people looking to move. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs. The office is usually full of maps and documents because that’s the nature of the business. We know the different pockets and sectors around here pretty well by now. It’s interesting to see how the neighborhood changes every year. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to help people find a place that works for them. Most of our day is spent talking to landlords or showing people around different flats. It’s a lot of legwork, but we’re used to it. If you’re in Sector 12, you can just pop into Plot No 3 and look for 2D. We will be here with the tea kettle ready.
