If you go to Nangal Raya and look opposite Janak Cinema, you will find Allvac Pharmaceuticals Private Limited in Vashist Park Extension at C 1/1. It is a well-known spot because of the cinema. The area is always buzzing with people and traffic. Our building is right there in the middle of it. We have a ground floor space which makes it easy to move the pharmaceutical crates in and out. The floors are tiled and always need a good sweep because of the dust coming in from the main road. We have got a couple of ceiling fans that have seen better days, but they keep the air moving. The office is basically one big room partitioned off with some plywood. It is not soundproof, so you can hear everything that happens on the street. We do a lot of our work on old wooden desks that have been here since the beginning. There is a small corner where we keep the water cooler and some snacks. Most of our time is spent checking labels and making sure the inventory counts are right. It is a lot of repetitive tasks, but we do not mind. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, and we like being part of it. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to shout to be heard on the phone.
