Akten Bricks (Opc) Private Limited

We are out here at Plot-55 in Dhansa. It’s a busy spot most days with trucks coming in and out. Akten Bricks (Opc) Private Limited is just a small operation really. We spend most of our time dealing with the red earth and making sure the stacks are right. It gets dusty, especially in the summer when the wind picks up around here. Someone is always checking the kiln or looking over the inventory to see what's ready to go. We started this because there was a lot of building going on nearby and people needed solid stuff. It isn’t fancy work. You wake up early, get the boots on, and start moving things around. The address is simple enough to find if you know the Dhansa area. We don't have a big office with air conditioning or anything like that. Just a desk and some chairs where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to hear the birds. We try to keep things moving so builders don't have to wait. If you come by, you'll probably see us covered in some amount of dust. That's just how the brick business goes. We’ve been at this for a bit now and the routine stays pretty much the same. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy. We mostly just focus on getting the loads out on time and making sure the counts are correct before the truck leaves.
