Agiwal Technologies is basically run out of a house in Shalimar Bagh. It is House No- AD-34-B. Working from a residential area has its own rhythm. The mornings are usually quiet until the vegetable vendors start their rounds on the street outside. We have set up a decent workspace inside one of the rooms. It feels a lot more relaxed than being in a crowded office tower. We do not wear formal clothes or anything like that. Usually, it is just us sitting around our screens, trying to figure out coding problems or fixing some software bugs. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to ask for help with their internet, which is fine, we do not mind. Shalimar Bagh is a nice part of Delhi, very green and mostly peaceful. We chose to stay here because it is close to home for most of the team. We do not have a big sign outside or anything flashy. If you walked past, you might not even know there is a tech company running inside. We just focus on the projects we have on our plate. It is a very straightforward way of working. No big meetings or long speeches, just getting the tasks finished so we can enjoy the evening. It is a simple life, honestly. We take care of the tech stuff while the world goes by outside our window in the colony. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished.
