Aastha Estate

Aastha Estate is located in Dwarka Sector 6, right at number 106. The easiest way to find us is to look for Bikaner Sweets; we are right above it. It’s a great spot because the smell of snacks is always in the air, though it makes us hungry all day. We’ve been in this part of Dwarka for many years. We know almost everyone who owns a shop or a house in Sector 6. Our office is a simple one, reached by a flight of stairs. It’s not a polished corporate space, just a room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps on the walls. We spend our time helping people find apartments or shops in the neighborhood. Since we’re above the sweets shop, people often come up to see us after getting their tea or snacks. We like the casual feel of it. We don’t do big marketing campaigns. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our sign while walking in the market. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. Real estate can be tricky, so we just try to explain things in plain English. We have lived around here ourselves, so we aren't just selling a place, we’re talking about our own neighborhood. It’s a busy life, but we enjoy the daily interactions with the locals and seeing the market thrive.
